Tristan is the General Counsel for the StockCo group. He is responsible for overseeing StockCo’s legal needs, together with regulatory compliance, governance and securities management. Tristan joined StockCo in 2019 after spending eight years working in private practice specialising in litigation and dispute resolution, including time in both top tier and regional law firms. He is experienced in dealing with complex legal issues and resolving them in a practical way.
Tristan is a member of the New Zealand Law Society, an associate member of the Institute of Directors and holds bachelors degrees in law, biochemistry and biological sciences.
Michael joined StockCo in 2005, bringing with him a wealth of Agribusiness experience through roles in the meat processing industry and a technical product development company. Michael’s role is focused around management and continuous improvement of the credit and security processes within the group. This includes the internal aspects of loan approvals, reviews and collections processes. He is responsible for the perfection and on-going management of our securities, and remains in close liaison with our customers, field team, and internal credit team and company legal advisors.
Jeremy joined StockCo in 2012 having worked for Crowe Horwath as leader of the Crowe Horwath Hawke’s Bay Audit Department. Jeremy began his career with KPMG Audit in Auckland before working as planning and forecasting manager for the largest Lloyds insurance syndicate. He has expertise in Audit and Assurance, the Finance and Insurance industries, as well as financial modelling and forecasting. Jeremy is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, has a Degree in Business Studies, a Graduate Diploma majoring in Economics, and a Post Grad Diploma in Accountancy.
Marcus has been the managing director of StockCo since its inception. Over the 20+ year period he has been responsible for the development of the company driven by a team of motivated and highly qualified people.
